They offer customised gifts for kids, moms, and dads seeking something unique. The company operates in multiple countries, including New Zealand, the UK, Australia, Canada, and the US.

Identity Direct needed a successful Christmas Campaign

Boosting Online Sales Across 5 Markets

I increased online sales for Identity Direct’s big sale, targeting parents with personalised gifts from popular animated characters and TV shows like Disney’s Frozen in 5 markets: Australia, New Zealand, US, UK, and Canada. I used Facebook Custom and Lookalike Audiences to identify high-value targets and predict lifetime value, focusing on the top-selling product “Disney Frozen” across all markets. The initial budget was increased to $120,000+ and I met the ambitious ROAS targets, despite working alone during the busy Christmas retail season. Utilising advanced marketing technologies and my full experience, I delivered the desired results for Identity Direct.
